Who we are

velorastays.co.in is run by Velora Ventures, which operates NJ Residency Porur and Hotel Sunpark Inn Chennai Central. Corporate desk: +91 98844 55252.

How booking works

Send your dates on WhatsApp or call the hotel. Your booking is confirmed only when the hotel replies with a confirmation, the room type and the total amount.

Rates and taxes

• NJ Residency Porur: from ₹2,200 (single) / ₹2,600 (double) per night with breakfast, plus 5% GST. Extra guest ₹500 per night.
• Hotel Sunpark Inn: from ₹1,600 per night including GST, room only.
• Rates may vary on peak dates. The rate in your confirmation message applies.

Check-in and check-out

• NJ Residency: check-in 2 PM, check-out 11 AM.
• Hotel Sunpark Inn: check-in 12 noon, check-out 11 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge.

ID and guest rules

• Every adult guest must show a valid government photo ID at check-in.
• The main guest must be 18 or older.
• Pets are not allowed.

Payment

• NJ Residency: UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe), cards and cash.
• Hotel Sunpark Inn: cash and UPI.
• GST invoices are available at NJ Residency: share your company GST details at least 24 hours before check-in. Corporate bookings can be billed to the company by arrangement with the corporate desk.

Cancellation and changes

The cancellation terms for your booking are stated in your booking confirmation. To cancel or change dates, message the hotel on WhatsApp or call as early as possible.
