This policy explains what information velorastays.co.in collects and how Velora Ventures uses it.

- Corporate enquiry form: your name, company, phone, email, preferred hotel, rooms per month and message. These are emailed to our hotel teams so we can reply.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: when you contact us, we receive your number or email and the details you send, such as dates and guest count.
- At check-in: government photo ID for every adult guest, as required by law.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which booking buttons are tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not give us your name or contact details. Embedded Google Maps may also set cookies.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and confirm bookings.
- To issue invoices and meet legal record-keeping duties.
- To improve the website.
